Andy graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 1995 and spent several years practicing in acute care hospital and clinical settings in Texas. He then returned to the Cambridge and Guelph area where he furthered his experience in orthopedic care before opening West Side Physiotherapy with Malcolm Briggs in 2002. Andy is certified in the McKenzie Institute's program of spinal assessment and treatment and has completed his Intermediate and Advanced Diploma of Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT) through the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. He also utilizes acupuncture along with manual therapy and exercise strategies to help patients reach their treatment goals.
Andy is trained in rehabilitation post work-related injury and performs Work Conditioning programs, Ergonomic Assessments and Functional Capacity Evaluations using the Matheson protocol.
Malcolm received his Physiotherapy degree from the University of Western Ontario and has extensive experience working at orthopedic clinics prior to opening West Side Physiotherapy in 2002. He continues to take a variety of post-graduate courses providing him with up-to-date skills to effectively treat orthopedic injuries. The primary focus of Malcolm's treatment is on Manual Therapy with a targeted exercise program for his patients to successfully achieve their goals. Modalities and Acupuncture are also utilized to reduce pain and promote healing of soft tissue.
Malcolm is trained in GUNN IMS (intrasmuscular stimulation). He has an undergraduate degree in Biological Science from the University of Guelph and previously worked serving Guelph as a Paramedic.

Jamie joined Eastview Physiotherapy to pursue her career as a Registered Massage Therapist. Her goal as a health care professional is to provide clients with the tools and care needed to maintain a healthy lifestyle and restore proper function for everyday living. Jamie's commitment to her practice involves working with all areas of the body, including a special interest in the areas of soft tissue damage, TMJ dysfunction, and neck and back injury.

Michelle graduated from the University of Waterloo in 1990 with an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Kinesiology/Recreation. She received her Canadian Certification in Pedorthics in 1992. She has been in Pedorthic practice for the past 22 years and continues to be most interested in sports medicine.
Michelle has served on the Certification Committee with the Pedorthics Association of Canada in the past and has been an instructor for the Pedorthics Program at the University of Western Ontario Continuing Studies for the past 2 years.

Erin graduated from the University of Guelph in 2007 and received her Master’s of Physical Therapy from the University of Western Ontario in 2010. She has experience working with children, adults and seniors, including some high level athletes. Erin is always looking for ways to improve her skills by attending post-graduate courses, and in the future plans to focus on manual therapy and sports therapy.
She enjoys being outdoors and has been a part of many sports such as figure skating, rugby, field hockey and badminton. She is looking forward to returning to Guelph with her husband and their puppy Shelby.
